Center for Intensive Evaluation and Rapid Stabilization Units

The Center for Intensive Evaluation and Rapid Stabilization Units provides acute treatment for patients with emotional disorders and psychiatric illnesses including, but not limited to:

Schizophrenia
Delusional paranoid disorders
Psychotic disorders
Debilitating character pathology
Major affective disorders that include severe behavioral problems

We focus treatment on intensive evaluation, crisis intervention and stabilization, and working collaboratively with community-based services.

Treatment Methods:

Individual, group and marital/family therapy
Recreation therapy
Educational groups on various behavioral health topics
Pharmacotherapy as indicated
Communication groups to enhance self-esteem
Chemical dependency treatment
